Frequently asked questions
When should we order for a wave?
Production runs 4–8 working days, so we place the order at least two weeks before kickoff and hold the packs in stock for day one.
Can you ship to individual addresses?
Yes: 24–48 hours in Yerevan, HayPost in 3–5 working days or SPS Express in 1–2 for the regions, and FedEx, DHL or Onex beyond Armenia.
How do we collect the size matrix?
We send a simple sheet, HR fills it against the list, and we keep the matrix for the next wave, refreshing it every time.
