How we coordinate merch for an event team

For every event we deliver four roles: stand apparel (polos, hoodies, aprons with your logo), fast-handout giveaways for visitors (pens, notebooks, keychains, bottles, USB drives), qualified-lead capture kits (paper bags, boxed sets, personalised business-card holders with QR), and VIP kits for association guests and visiting delegations (exclusive leather notebooks, engraved pens, limited editions). How we unify merch across all 15 events

Every event brief follows the same structure: target audience, product list, quantities, decoration method, delivery deadline, AMD budget, delivery destination (Yerevan Expo, Meridian Expo Centre, Marriott Convention Hall, hotel concierge in Yerevan / Gyumri / Vanadzor, buyer's office, cargo hub). For international visiting delegations we add a USD or EUR reference quote so the buyer's regional procurement office can reconcile against its own ledger. For foreign corporate clients with valid reverse-charge documentation we charge AMD 20% VAT with reverse-charge on the master invoice. All carriers (HayPost, regional couriers, Tbilisi or Batumi transit, freight forwarders via Zvartnots airport) align with the event calendar and can deliver to the stand during build-up days, to the hotel concierge on the day of arrival, or to cargo hubs for onward transport.
