B2B delivery
Merch delivery across Armenia by city
Every order we produce leaves Yerevan, so the distance question is real rather than theoretical. This page sets out what delivery costs and how long it actually takes to each Armenian city, including the mountain passes that close in winter and the consolidation rules that decide whether a small regional order ships on its own or rides along with a larger one.
Why distance changes the quotation
Unit cost in a corporate merch order splits into three parts, and only the third varies by destination. The blank product carries the same factory cost regardless of where it ends up. Decoration carries the same cost regardless of destination. Freight, handling and the risk of a missed window are what change, and they change disproportionately at small volumes.
That last point is the one that catches clients out. A 25-unit order to Vanadzor does not cost 25 times a Yerevan delivery. A courier has to be paid a minimum, the driver has to reach the city regardless, and if the shipment misses the pass it may have to wait days for the road to reopen. We therefore quote regional deliveries on consolidated shipments where the volume allows, and tell you plainly when an order is too small to ship economically on its own.
The three delivery bands
Inside Yerevan, we deliver with our own van, usually the same or next working day, and there is no minimum. Inside Gyumri and Vanadzor, the two regional centres, courier transit runs one to two working days and consolidation is usually possible on a weekly cadence. Across the remaining eighteen cities and the border-adjacent south, transit runs two to five working days, with winter adding up to a week where mountain passes close.
Production runs in Yerevan. Prices are quoted in AMD with VAT at 20%. If you need delivery outside Armenia or the wider EAEU, that is a separate calculation with customs implications and we handle it as a distinct quote rather than folding it into a regional rate.
Yerevan and the regional centres
Yerevan
The capital and our production base. Same-day and next-day delivery, no minimum order for delivery, direct handover to your office, and the shortest window for urgent replenishment.
→Gyumri
Shirak regional centre and the second-largest corporate base outside Yerevan. One to two working days by courier, with weekly consolidation available and no winter pass risk on the main routes.
→Vanadzor
Lori regional centre, roughly 130 km from Yerevan. One to two working days, and the mountain terrain on the approach adds buffer that we build into the quoted window rather than discover late.
→Kotayk and Ararat
Hrazdan
Energy and light industry town north of the capital. One to two working days. Worth consolidating with other Kotayk destinations if the volume is small.
→Charentsavan
Kotayk industrial town with energy and metallurgy. One to two working days on the main corridor, with the same consolidation note as Hrazdan.
→Ashtarak
Aragatsotn centre, twenty minutes from Yerevan. Practically an extended Yerevan delivery. Same-day possible, courier cost close to the capital rate.
→Artashat
Ararat regional centre with wine and agriculture. Two to three working days. Consolidate with Armavir and Ararat district destinations where volume allows.
→Armavir
Armavir regional centre with food processing. Two to three working days, on the main south corridor with year-round road access.
→Lori and Tavush
Jermuk
Resort town in the Lori mountains. Two to four working days, with winter weather affecting the high pass. Tourism-season volumes, off-season quiet.
→Ijevan
Tavush regional centre with forestry and food processing. Two to three working days, and the northeast corridor stays open through winter.
→Shirak and the south
Spitak
Shirak industrial centre with light manufacturing. One to two working days. Part of the Gyumri consolidation batch in practice.
→Artik
Home of the glass factory and a significant industrial employer in Shirak. One to two working days, batched with Gyumri and Spitak.
→Kapan
Syunik regional centre with mining. Two to four working days. The south corridor is long and the winter window is narrower than anywhere else in Armenia.
→Goris
Southern regional centre with stone processing and tourism. Three to five working days, winter adding materially. Consolidate or accept a longer window.
→Meghri
Southernmost town, border trade and a duty-free regime. Three to five working days, with customs considerations whenever goods cross the border.
→Sisian
Historic town on the Arpa valley road, roughly halfway to Meghri. Three to five working days, normally shipped with the southern route consolidation.
→Gegharkunik and the Ararat plain
Abovyan
Gegharkunik administrative centre. Two to four working days. Reasonably reliable all-year on the main north-south route.
→Sevan
Lake Sevan shore, with significant seasonal trade. Two to three working days, and summer peak demand is the constraint here rather than freight.
→Vardenis
Gegharkunik district town on the lake shore. Three to five working days. Small corporate base, so consolidation is usually the only economic option.
→Ejmiatsin
Ararat valley town with a large religious and institutional presence. Two to three working days, straightforward route from Yerevan.
