Our production capacity and timeline planning

Capacity per day: silkscreen 5000 units, sublimation 3000 units, UV print 1500 units, laser engraving 800 units, embroidery 600 units, DTG 400 units, DTF 1200 units. Multi-method projects schedule across stations. Standard lead time math: capacity ÷ 1.2 (safety buffer) = realistic daily capacity = total order ÷ daily capacity = production days. Add: design + strike-off (5-10 days) + production days + 1-2 day QC + ship. Standard project: 5-8 working days. Premium/custom: 8-14 days. Rush: 3 days at 35% surcharge. Maximum single-order capacity: 50K units (all SKUs combined) per quarter; we run 24/5 for high-priority projects.
