Process
- Notify us in writing (email to support@merch.am) within the policy window
- Provide order number, photos of defects, and quantity affected
- We respond within 1 business day with next steps
- If applicable, we issue a return label or arrange pickup at no cost to you
- Refund, replacement, or credit issued within 7 business days of receiving returned goods
Exclusions
- Customer-supplied artwork errors not flagged at proof stage
- Damage from improper storage or handling after delivery
- Variations within AQL 2.5 tolerance (industry standard)
- Force majeure events (customs strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
