Booth staff apparel
In an onboarding programme, this stream is usually the largest and the least discussed. New starters need something to wear on day one if the role is customer-facing or site-based, and a first week in unbranded clothing while everyone around you is branded is a small but persistent disadvantage. The specification problem is role: a sales executive, a warehouse operative, a developer and a finance analyst cannot wear the same garment, and treating onboarding apparel as one product across all four produces a kit that only one of them is happy with. Split the specification by role, keep the mark identical across roles so the team still reads as one organisation, and confirm the size during offer acceptance rather than after it. Also decide who replaces a damaged or mis-sized item, because an unresolved first impression is the part that gets remembered.
