We check your artwork for printability: resolution, color mode, any elements that won't reproduce well. You'll get feedback and suggestions within hours of submitting.

For screen printing and other methods requiring color accuracy, we produce a physical color proof. You approve the proof before full production runs. This step adds 1–2 days but prevents costly mistakes.

3. Blank Sourcing

We source the right blanks for your order — whether from stock or custom-ordered. Stock items (basic t-shirts, pens) ship faster. Custom blanks (specific colors, sizes) add lead time.

4. Production

Your order enters the production queue. Screen printing, DTF, embroidery, or other methods are applied. Most methods run 3–7 days depending on complexity and quantity.

5. Quality Control

Every piece is inspected before packaging. We check for print alignment, color accuracy, and defects. Problematic items are reworked or replaced at no extra cost.

Basic packaging (individual polybags) is included. Premium packaging — branded boxes, tissue paper, custom sleeves — adds 1–2 days and 20–40% to cost.

When does production actually start?

Production starts only after you approve the quote and (if required) the color proof. We don't begin work without your explicit sign-off on both design and pricing.

Can I get a sample before full production?

Yes, we can produce 1–3 sample pieces before the full run. Sample cost depends on the product and printing method. This is especially recommended for new designs or unfamiliar products.

What if something is wrong with the order?

We guarantee quality. If you find defects when receiving your order, we'll remake the affected items free of charge. The guarantee is valid for 14 days after delivery.

How do you handle reorders?

Reorders are faster because we keep your artwork on file and know the exact specs. Just confirm the quantity and we'll produce without the design review stage.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes, we can ship without our branding on the packaging. This is useful if you're dropshipping directly to event venues or client offices.
