The founder and executive tier
This is the small-batch tier aimed at the people in the photo and the people mentioned in any anniversary address. It usually runs from 20 to 80 pieces and leans toward objects with a sense of permanence: a bound book, a leather-wrapped notebook, a piece of personalised metalwork, a numbered print, or a single-piece glass or ceramic. Personalisation is by name, not by role, because at a public-facing milestone the role is already known and the name is what survives in the photograph. Lead time on this tier is the longest in the brief, because the most common mistake is to source a generic luxury object and imprint it; durable objects age with the recipient and the imprint does not.
