Our 12-step quality control process

Step 1: Brief verification (specifications match client requirements). Step 2: Material certificate review (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, FSC valid). Step 3: Pantone match verification on strike-off (Delta-E ≤ 2.5). Step 4: Strike-off written approval from client. Step 5: First-article inspection (first 50 units of run, 100% checked). Step 6: In-line inspection (every 100 units, sample of 10 checked). Step 7: AQL 2.5 statistical inspection at production end (per ISO 2859-1). Step 8: Critical-defect screen (electrical safety for electronics, sharp edges for promotional gifts). Step 9: Branding registration check (logo placement +/- 1mm tolerance). Step 10: Packaging inspection (correct quantity per box, label accuracy). Step 11: Photo documentation (proof of finished good). Step 12: Pre-shipment customs documentation review. Each step logged in QC database; full traceability.
