Process

  1. Notify us in writing (email to support@merch.am) within the policy window
  2. Provide order number, photos of defects, and quantity affected
  3. We respond within 1 business day with next steps
  4. If applicable, we issue a return label or arrange pickup at no cost to you
  5. Refund, replacement, or credit issued within 7 business days of receiving returned goods

Exclusions

  • Customer-supplied artwork errors not flagged at proof stage
  • Damage from improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Variations within AQL 2.5 tolerance (industry standard)
  • Force majeure events (customs strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
