1. What's your EcoVadis rating?

Platinum 2024 (top 1% of suppliers worldwide). We were Gold from 2021-2023 and earned Platinum after closing the gap on labor-rights documentation and energy-mix reporting.

2. How current is your Sedex SMETA audit?

Within 12 months. We do annual 4-pillar SMETA on our primary production sites and bi-annual on secondary.

3. Do you offer recycled-content products?

Yes. rPET (recycled PET) bags, GRS-certified recycled polyester apparel, FSC-recycled paper, recycled aluminum bottles. Minimum recycled content varies; we publish exact percentages on the product page.

4. How do you handle take-back / circular economy?

We offer a take-back program for select clients: at end-of-life or rebrand, items return to a regional partner for recycling or charitable redistribution. Cost is included in the original PO.

5. Are your materials REACH-compliant?

Yes. We do REACH SVHC declarations on every product. RoHS for electronics. CPSIA for any item targeted at children's-product use cases. We don't accept materials without these declarations.

6. What about chemical-management transparency?

We list every dye, ink, and finishing chemical used in production with CAS numbers and concentrations. Available in MSDS form on request.

7. How do you measure carbon impact?

Per-unit GHG accounting per ISO 14067 (product carbon footprint) for clients who request it. Adds 2-4% to the unit cost. We use the same methodology as Patagonia and Allbirds for consistency.

8. Can you help us write a sustainability report section?

Yes. We provide audit-ready data tables (kg CO2e, % recycled content, audit certificates, supplier list with country of origin) for inclusion in your annual ESG report.
