Lead times FAQ

1. What's your standard lead time?

7-14 working days for stock items with standard decoration. 21-30 days for fully-bespoke items. 45-60 days for items requiring tooling (custom molds, cut-and-sew patterns, etc.).

2. Can you do rush orders?

Yes. 3-5 day rush is available with 30-50% premium on production cost. Air freight adds proportionally to landed cost. We've delivered 500 conference kits in 96 hours on tight timelines.

3. How do you handle peak season (Q4, holidays)?

We open holiday-season slots 90 days out (early August for December delivery). Slots fill 70% within 4 weeks of opening; book early for tight Christmas/New Year deadlines.

4. What are typical proof-and-revise cycles?

1 digital proof within 24h, 1-2 revision rounds within 48h each, 1 production sample within 5 days, sign-off, then bulk production starts. Total proof phase: 7-10 days from PO.

5. Can samples be pre-shipped while we approve?

Yes. We typically ship 3-5 production samples for tactile sign-off before full bulk run. Adds 3-5 days to total timeline but de-risks 10-100x more in potential rework.

6. How do you handle delays from suppliers?

We pre-build 3-5 day buffer into all timelines. For any delay >2 days we proactively notify with revised schedule, root cause, and any mitigation (split shipment, air-freight upgrade, partial drop).

7. Do you offer guaranteed-delivery dates?

Yes for contracted blanket-PO clients. Penalty clause is typically 1-3% per day of delay, capped at 10% of order value. We've paid out twice in 5 years; both for force majeure (port strike) where we still delivered within 7 days of original date.

8. What's the longest-distance delivery you handle?

Door-to-door anywhere served by a major courier. Most distant successful delivery: Dubai → New Caledonia in 11 working days, fully tracked, full insurance, customs cleared.
