Suggested sections
- Context — what triggered this request, what you've tried, what's at stake
- Scope — exact items, quantity bands (low/mid/high), variant matrix (size, color, language)
- Quality — AQL level (typically 2.5), sample inspection, third-party QC if applicable
- Materials — required certifications (OEKO-TEX 100, GOTS, FSC, GRS, REACH, RoHS as relevant)
- Sustainability — EcoVadis tier expectation, supply-chain audit (Sedex SMETA, BSCI), recycled content %
- Branding — Pantone references, ΔE tolerance, file format deliverables, sample approval workflow
