How much more does rush production cost?

Rush surcharge: +35% over standard pricing. Compresses 5-8 day standard production to 3 working days. Strike-off compressed to 24h. Capacity limit: 500 units of standard SKUs in stock colors. Beyond 500 or non-standard items: rush not feasible. Use cases: emergency client gift, last-minute conference, IPO bell ringing, year-end mishap recovery. We don't recommend rush for: brand-critical projects (limited time for color verification), large volumes (multiple SKU rush coordination is difficult), custom-tooled items (tooling time can't compress). Quality is identical to standard.
