What's your return / exchange policy?

For verified production defects per AQL 2.5: free replacement, free return shipping. For non-defects (incorrect specifications signed off by client): no return — strike-off approval is binding. For sizing exchanges (apparel): we accept up to 5% of order value as exchange for different sizes (S↔M↔L), free of charge. Customer responsible for return shipping; we cover replacement shipping. Exchange window: 14 days from delivery. After 14 days: case-by-case review. Custom-tooled or personalized items: not returnable.
