How many Pantone colors can be printed simultaneously?

Method-dependent: (1) Silkscreen — up to 12 spot colors per item, but each adds setup cost (50-150/screen). 1-3 colors typical for cost efficiency. (2) Sublimation — full CMYK gamut, up to 16M colors, but only on synthetics. (3) UV print — full CMYK + W (white underbase), up to 16M colors, on hard surfaces. (4) DTG/DTF — CMYK + W, on cotton/synthetics. (5) Embroidery — up to 12 thread colors per design, no significant cost adder. (6) Foil stamp — single foil color (gold, silver, copper, holographic) per stamp. For brand-critical multi-color jobs: silkscreen (limited colors) + sublimation hybrid is common.
