How do I approve a strike-off sample?

Strike-off (pre-production) sample is provided for client written approval before serial production starts. Process: (1) We prepare a sample with your logo printed at agreed Pantone, on the actual material, in agreed packaging. (2) Sample shipped to your address (DHL Express, 1-3 days). (3) You inspect for color, logo placement, material feel, packaging. (4) You provide written approval (email, signed PDF, or signed photo). (5) We start serial production immediately upon receipt. Up to 2 free revision rounds included. Sample cost AMD 35-100, credited against final invoice for 200+ unit orders.
