Use cases: (1) Welcome kits buffer (you order 500, we hold, ship 30/month as new hires onboard). (2) Loyalty program (quarterly distribution). (3) Trade show inventory (2 events/year, store between). (4) Recurring monthly client gift (gift-of-the-month subscription). Maximum storage period: 12 months. After 12 months: return-to-client or auto-disposal per agreement.
