Are your prices VAT/tax inclusive?

No. All prices are quoted ex-VAT (VAT 20%). VAT is added on the e-invoice (e-Fatura/SEF/RS.ge/TaxisNet/FTA). For EU export, VAT is zero-rated with proof of export — invoice is issued without VAT, customer self-reports in destination country. Some clients prefer DDP (delivered duty paid) where we include destination-country duty + VAT in our final price. Quotations clearly mark price as 'ex-VAT' with VAT line item separately.
