How we achieve Pantone Delta-E ≤ 2.5 across runs

Pantone matching workflow: (1) Receive brand book PDF, extract Pantone PMS codes. (2) Cross-reference Pantone codes with our color library (mapped to specific ink mixtures or sublimation profiles). (3) Pre-production sample mixed by master printer using calibrated equipment. (4) Sample measured with Konica Minolta CM-2600d spectrophotometer (industry standard). (5) Delta-E measured against target Pantone using D65 standard illuminant + 2° observer. (6) If Delta-E > 2.5: ink mix adjusted, sample re-printed. (7) Final approved sample becomes batch reference. (8) Production samples checked at start, midway, end of run against reference. (9) Documentation: Delta-E values per inspection point recorded. Achieves Delta-E ≤ 2.5 in 95% of cases on first attempt; ≤ 2.0 after one adjustment.
