Global carriers
For cross-border B2B shipments, we work with the three major global carriers as primary, plus regional specialists for last-mile.
- DHL Express — primary global carrier; 24-72h to most B2B addresses across our 6 countries plus EU/US/Gulf reach
- FedEx International — secondary global carrier; strong US-bound and intra-Asia lanes
- UPS Worldwide Express — alternate carrier with strong North America and EU coverage
- TNT — economy lane within EU intra-bloc

Customs brokers
Where the destination requires formal customs clearance (e.g., AM-EU, TR-EU, GE-EU, AE-EU lanes), we work with licensed customs brokers in each origin and destination country.
- EU intra-bloc lanes — Cyprus is our EU origin; intra-bloc shipments need no customs
- AM-EU, GE-EU — DCFTA preferential origin certificates issued at origin
- TR-EU — Customs Union with EU; A.TR certificate at origin
- AE-EU, AE-US — DDP commercial-invoice clearance via DHL/FedEx broker
- EU-Gulf cooperation council — DDP via Aramex broker

For clients with high-volume, multi-region distribution, we maintain bonded warehouse and 3PL fulfillment partnerships:

Direct-to-recipient (employee home address)
For remote-first welcome-kit programs, we ship directly to recipient home addresses globally. Address-validation API check, opt-in consent, recipient-language packaging slip. SLA: 5-10 business days globally, 24-72h in major metros.
