    Vendor provides Scope 1+2+3 GHG calculation per item. Compare to standard (non-eco) baseline. Eco kits typically 35-65% lower CO2.

  4. Step 4: Use water-based or biodegradable inks (Variable)

    Avoid plastisol (petroleum-based, non-biodegradable). Choose water-based silkscreen, sublimation (no solvents), or UV (no VOCs).

  5. Step 5: Eliminate single-use plastic in packaging (Variable)

    Replace plastic mailers with kraft padded envelopes (FSC-certified). Replace plastic windows in gift boxes with paper-clear PLA bio-plastic.
