Personalization FAQ

1. How granular can personalization go?

Per-unit personalization (name, role, language, joining date) is standard with DTG, DTF, sublimation, and laser engraving. Embroidery is per-batch (changing thread color costs setup time).

2. Can you handle data files of 1000+ recipients?

Yes. We accept CSV/Excel input with name, language, address, and customization fields. We validate data, flag duplicates, and confirm before production. We've run 12,000-recipient personalization in 14 days.

3. What languages do you handle for printing?

All major scripts: Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Armenian, Georgian, Arabic (RTL), Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Devanagari. We have proofreaders on staff for AM, EN, RU, KA, AR, EL, SR, TR.

4. How do you handle data privacy on personalization?

GDPR, UAE PDPL, Cyprus PDPL, KVKK compliant. Recipient data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), retained only as long as production requires, deleted within 90 days of order completion.

5. Do you do split shipments to individual addresses?

Yes. Per-recipient drop-shipping is supported via DHL/FedEx/local courier integration. Cost per drop is $4-12 depending on country.

6. Can we change personalization data after PO?

Yes within 48h of PO at no cost. After 48h there's a per-record change fee ($1-3) since data flows to production line.

7. How do you handle confidentiality (e.g. C-suite gifts)?

NDA on order, restricted-access folder, individual-package labelling without recipient name visible externally. We've handled C-suite gifting for top-50 banks; references on request.

8. Can you do variable colors / variable graphics?

Digital printing (DTG, DTF, sublimation, UV inkjet) supports unlimited variation at no setup penalty. Silkscreen is fixed setup so variable graphics within a batch are limited.
