Variant matrix
Each BOM line item supports variants: size (S/M/L/XL/XXL for apparel), color (typically 3-5 brand colors), language (per recipient), and personalization layer (name/role/department/joining date). Variant cost differential is typically <5% from base SKU.
Lead time
Sample available within 7 days of brief sign-off. Bulk production for >500 kits: 14-21 days from approved sample. Personalization adds 2-4 days depending on data complexity. Door-to-door delivery: 3-7 days additional for most regions.
