Merch quality checks — strike-off, AQL, post-production

3-stage quality control: (1) Strike-off (pre-production): client approves Pantone match, logo placement, material, packaging on actual sample. 2-4 day turnaround. Cost 20-100 EUR. (2) In-line production checks: every 100 units randomly inspected during run for color consistency, logo registration, defects. (3) Pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection: per ISO 2859-1, 80 units inspected from 1000-unit run, max 5 minor + 3 major + 0 critical defects allowed. Failed batch = full re-inspection or full rejection. Photo report required.
