Brand book compliance is non-negotiable for marketing-led teams. Common violations: wrong Pantone (Delta-E > 5 visible), distorted logo (non-proportional scaling), wrong clear-space (logo too close to edge), wrong color background (logo on prohibited color). Process: (1) Get brand book PDF from client. (2) Extract Pantone codes, logo files (vector EPS/AI), clear-space rules. (3) Generate strike-off sample with measured Pantone match. (4) Client signs off on strike-off. (5) Production proceeds. Without strike-off approval = no production.
