About our team
Meet the team behind merch.am: leadership, our story since 2010, mission and values, careers and culture in Yerevan and across our 6-country network.
Who we are
Since 2010, the team behind merch.am has grown from a single workshop in Yerevan to a 6-country corporate-merch network spanning Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Serbia, Turkey, and the UAE. Today we serve more than 200 B2B clients with EcoVadis-rated supply, integrated procurement workflows, and per-recipient personalization at scale.

Where we operate
Our headquarters is in Yerevan, AM. Production partners and brand-aligned sourcing capacity sit in Yerevan, Limassol, Tbilisi, Belgrade, Istanbul, and Dubai. Each office runs locally, reports into a central category-management function, and shares a single audit-document repository so every client gets the same compliance packet regardless of which country fulfills their order.
How decisions get made
We are intentionally flat. Account leads run their books with full P&L responsibility; functional heads (sourcing, sustainability, finance, technology) own their domains; the executive team handles cross-cutting calls. Most decisions are made at the lowest level that has the data — pricing waivers, sample reruns, supplier swaps, expedites — without escalation.
